About the Artist
Raised in northwestern Montana, Daniel Parker is a self-taught artist. His studio is the wilderness and National Parks that surround him. Daniel has spent his life in the woods and mountains studying each animal in its natural habitat. This widely acclaimed artist possesses a rare eye for the aesthetics of fine art and for capturing the unique balance and grace that each of his subjects commands. Each piece is sculpted with the strictest attention to detail.
Daniel is known for his wildlife sculptures of North American and African animals. He specializes in table sculptures of grizzly bears, elk, deer, moose, elephant, cape buffalo, etc.
Daniel’s sculptures are in prized collections around the world with countless pieces in private collections in the United States. Collectors include Jack Nicklaus, who purchased the bear table titled “Members Only”, an edition now sold out.
In July of 1997, Daniel’s “Yellowstone Legacy” bronze was placed at the Hibernation Station at West Yellowstone’s Grizzly Park. This monument is of several bull elk that are one and a half-life-sized. It measures 23 feet long and 8 feet high. Daniel sculpted and constructed this monument in his own foundry in Kalispell, Montana.

“Kelly was a dream to work with. I had not tried to sell anything on eBay so did not really know how it worked. Kelly was able to explain all the steps clearly and walked me through the process making sure I understood everything. She knows how to present the items, both the images as well as the descriptions, and makes selling things, including a baby grand piano, easy.” -Penny Kelleher
