How To Print USPS Labels From Home

How To Print USPS Labels From Home

Learn how to print USPS labels from home with step by step instructions in the video below.

Save time by printing Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express postage labels from your home or office using Click-N-Ship. From the USPS website, you can also track your package, create an address book, and use their “Ship Again” feature which stores your preferences.

How Click-N-Ship Works When Printing Labels From Home

With USPS.com, your Post Office is where you are. To start Click-N-Ship, sign in to or sign up for a free USPS.com account. Follow the steps to enter your package details, pay for postage, and print your shipping label. It’s that easy!

Add Insurance & Extra Services

Most domestic Priority Mail shipments already qualify for free insurance up to $50, but you can purchase additional insurance you might need as you go. If you’d like a Return Receipt for proof of delivery or Signature Confirmation, you can pay for those extra services and more when you create the shipping label.

Save Time with Ship Again

If you send many recurring shipments with the same weight, service, and delivery address, you don’t have to reenter information each time you create a label. Just go to your Shipping History and select “Ship Again”.   The label will be added to your cart with the new shipping date.

Postal Scale

If you ship often, you’ll need a good quality postal scale.  And no, stepping on your bathroom scale with a package under your arm is not a good idea! Bathroom scales are not as accurate as a postal scale.

I recommend the Smart Weigh Digital Heavy Duty Shipping and Postal Scale with Durable Stainless Steel Large Platform. It has a 440-pound capacity and weight is displayed on an easy to read LCD display. Perfect for a home office or professional business.
